DNA Data Consent Agreement

You acknowledge that DNA analysis may reveal unexpected or sensitive information, including but not limited to:

  • Unknown relatives
  • Misattributed parentage
  • Previously unknown family connections

By proceeding, you confirm that you are aware of and accept these possibilities.


5. Data Ownership & Responsibility

You confirm that:

  • The DNA data you provide belongs to you or you have legal permission to use it

  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share the data

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection
