DNA Data Consent Agreement

You acknowledge that DNA analysis may reveal unexpected or sensitive information, including but not limited to:
- Unknown relatives
- Misattributed parentage
- Previously unknown family connections
By proceeding, you confirm that you are aware of and accept these possibilities.
5. Data Ownership & Responsibility
You confirm that:
- The DNA data you provide belongs to you or you have legal permission to use it
- You have obtained consent from any third party whose data is submitted
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share the data
6. Confidentiality & Data Protection
Your DNA data will be:
- Treated as strictly confidential
- Stored securely using appropriate safeguards
